A surface water drainage strategy using SuDS basins in the southern part of the site, designed to ensure that flood risk along Mill Lane is not exacerbated by the development.
A natural extension to Exton on well-contained land surrounded by existing built development, capable of seamless integration with the village and developed with limited visual impact on the wider landscape.
