We are particularly interested in your thoughts on:

• The mix and type of new homes proposed, including affordable housing.

• The proposed access arrangements from Mill Lane and connections towards the village centre.

• The landscape and green infrastructure proposals, including biodiversity enhancements and new planting.

• The approach to the setting of Exton Farmhouse and the southern part of the site.

• Any other matters you feel are important for us to consider as the proposals develop.

Once the consultation closes, we will review all of the feedback received and use this, alongside ongoing technical work and discussions with East Devon District Council to inform the final proposals.

A summary of the feedback received, and how it has shaped the scheme, will be reported in a Statement of Community Involvement which will accompany the full planning application when it is submitted.

Once the planning application is submitted, you will have a further opportunity to make formal representations directly to East Devon District Council through their online planning portal.
